Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our energetic marketing team in our beautiful Sunriver office. As a Social Media Manager, you will play a critical role in creating and maintaining our online presence across various social media platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy in alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Create engaging and informative content for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Monitor, track, and report on social media analytics to evaluate success and inform future strategies.
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and accurate messaging.
- Research and analyze industry trends to identify new social media opportunities and stay ahead of developments.
- Manage the social media advertising budget and oversee paid promotion strategies.
- Participate in content brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas.
- Maintain an understanding of competitive landscape and trends, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Ensure adherence to social media policies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the e-commerce or tech industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Creativity and an eye for design; knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for staying current with social media trends and emerging technologies.
